CAMPING:
We have reserved the
Evergreen Sportsman Club for everyone that wants to camp on Saturday April
24. There is a $5 fee for tent/car camping and $10 for RV hookup. So we
encourage you to stay here since it's within about 300 yards from the
start. However, because of the
high interest in camping this year, we need to limit camping at the start to
those who are volunteering or race staff only. The Evergreen
Sportsman Club has a large grassy area on the right side near the entrance,
for car camping and RV hookup. There should be plenty of spots for everyone
there. You can show up after dark and just park on the right and pitch a
tent. There are plenty of spots to camp, but please park in designated areas
and don't block anyone in. If you arrive before 4pm to camp, you can pay the
person at the main office at the Sportsman club house (and keep your
receipt). Otherwise, please sign in on the sign near the entrance of the
campground and than pay at the race registration in the morning.
